Where is my order?
You will get a tracked dispatch email once your kit ships. For status help, email us with your order number.
How does shipping work?
Shipping is calculated at checkout in USD and delivered by tracked carriers. Plus and Pro members get free shipping. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Can I return a kit?
Unused kits in original condition can be returned within the window in our Refund & Return Policy. Damaged or wrong items are replaced at no cost.
Do you offer moving or storage services?
No. Portage sells physical organization and protection gear only — we do not move, transport, courier or store your belongings.
How do I cancel membership?
Cancel anytime from your account; access continues to the end of the paid period. Membership is a subscription, not credits or stored balance.
Are the kits safe / hazardous?
All kits are everyday organization and protection items. They contain no flammables, aerosols, compressed gas, batteries or liquid chemicals.
