Portage is operated by LZTRANS LIMITED, 82 Beechwood Grove Uphall Station, EH54 5QJ, Scotland, United Kingdom. We sell physical organization, packing, protection, storage and travel equipment, plus optional membership subscriptions.

Portage only sells physical goods. We do not provide moving, freight, courier, haulage, warehousing or storage services, and we do not carry, transport or store your belongings. Weight, capacity and dimension figures on product pages are for guidance; we do not guarantee strength when a kit is used beyond its stated guidance. Our products contain no hazardous goods — no flammables, aerosols, compressed gas, lithium batteries or liquid chemicals — and must not be used to carry prohibited or dangerous items.

All prices are in USD and shown at checkout, with shipping calculated before payment. We may correct obvious pricing errors. An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

Membership (Plus, Pro) is a recurring subscription for discounts, free shipping and planning perks — not credits or a stored balance. Benefits apply during the active billing period and do not carry over. You may cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy.

The store is not for children under 13. Users aged 13–17 need a parent or guardian's consent, and ordering and payment must be completed by an adult.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products you purchased. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom, and disputes are subject to the courts of Scotland, without affecting your mandatory local consumer rights.
